Dazu zählen: - VS-NfD zugelassene Sprach- und Datenkommunikation auf Smartphones und Tablets - Mobile Applikationen (OFFEN und VS-NfD) - Eigenständige Services wie den Bundesmessenger/Bundeswehr Messenger - Sichere netzübergreifende Sprachkommunikation (SNS) Im Service EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management) wird eine vom BSI bis VS-NfD freigegebene Lösung zur sicheren Sprach- und Datenkommunikation eingesetzt. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen: - Begleitung der Definition, Erstellung, Inbetriebnahme, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der zu verantwortenden Services oder Teilservices - Steuerung der Service-Lifecycle Phasen und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit - Gestaltung, Entwicklung und Optimierung des Servicegeschäfts - Koordination aller anfallenden Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der E2E Service Kette - Stellung der Vertragserfüllung für die Teile der Verträge - Aktive Konfliktlösung zwischen Service und Kunden - Erstellung und Sicherstellung der vertraglich vereinbarten Reportingdaten - Begleitung und Steuerung der Angebotserstellung bei vertrieblichen Change Requests - Erkennung von Leistungsanforderungen, die über den Vertrag hinausgehen - Planung, Steuerung und Tracking der beteiligten Stakeholder - Steuerung des virtuellen, agilen Service Teams - Mitwirkung und ggfs. Steuerung der virtuellen, agilen Projekt Teams - Initiierung und Durchführung von Marktsichtungen und Ausschreibungen - Unterstützung bei der Beauftragung von Architektur und Betrieb - Koordinierung und Planung der anfallenden Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Serviceerbringung - Kommunikation mit den Herstellern, Teilnahme an Roadmapmeetings - Übernahme von Themenverantwortung für einzelne Themen Qualifications - Anerkannte Berufsausbildung in einem IT-Ausbildungsberuf oder Bachelor in einem IT-Studiengang - Alternativ min. 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld - Kenntnisse in MS-Office: Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook - Zertifizierung in IT-Service Management ITIL Foundation (mind.
