Role Description This role will be heavily engaged in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) and testing support activities. Duration: approx 6 mo - 100% REMOTE role Key Responsibilities – Oracle ERP / EPM / SCM Support - Provide functional, operational, and project support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules including Planning, Budgeting, and Cost Reporting processes. - Support Oracle Fusion SCM/Inventory activities including configuration validation, issue triage, and operational readiness testing. - Assist with support and stabilization activities related to Oracle Phase 2 implementation efforts. - Assist with troubleshooting production and non-production issues across ERP, EPM, SCM, and related integrations. - Work closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams to resolve issues and validate system functionality. - Participate in hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities. Testing & Quality Assurance Responsibilities - Collaborate with existing Oracle ERP Analysts, implementation team, and project teams supporting regression testing efforts for Oracle quarterly updates and Phase 2 deployment activities. - Create, maintain, and execute detailed test scripts and testing scenarios across ERP, EPM, and SCM modules. - Participate in the coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users and functional teams. - Validate defect resolutions and retest fixes across integrated Oracle environments. - Assist in development of risk-based testing strategies and test coverage plans. - Document testing results, defects, risks, and remediation activities. - Support testing coordination across integrations, interfaces, reports, workflows, and security roles. - Assist with improving overall testing maturity and standardization processes within the Oracle environment. Project & Operational Responsibilities - Support Oracle quarterly release testing and deployment readiness activities. - Assist with environment validation activities following refreshes, patches, or configuration changes. - Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams on configuration validation and migration activities. - Participate in status meetings, issue review sessions, and operational planning discussions. - Provide documentation and knowledge transfer support as needed.
