Role Description You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for independent hotels, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results. - Sell a comprehensive suite of AI-driven tools designed to streamline and elevate independent hotel operations. - Empower hoteliers to replace manual guesswork with automated pricing and reservation management. - Help drive up to 21% more revenue for independent properties. - Utilize an agent AI infrastructure alongside a modern revenue stack. Where you will have impact - Own your territory and your number. - Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a net-new pipeline. - Source a meaningful share of your own pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, Lighthouse Connect events, and industry conferences. - Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities. - Leverage AI as a force multiplier for call prep, discovery frameworks, and positioning. - Become an expert in the independent hotel market and position the Lighthouse Indy product suite as the integrated solution. - Drive results beyond net-new by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Qualifications - 2–5 years in a closing sales role; SaaS experience is a must. - Exceptional command of the English language and Dutch is required. - Self-directed, coachable, and driven to continuously improve. - Strong business acumen with the ability to sell on value, not price. - Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus. Requirements - Hunger and skill matter more than industry tenure. - Treat AI tools as a core part of your selling motion. - Confident engaging stakeholders from GMs to C-suite. - Willingness to prospect and follow up persistently.
