Role Description We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Scheduler to coordinate appointments, manage calendars, and ensure our team operates efficiently. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, communicates clearly, and can juggle multiple schedules simultaneously. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and calls across multiple team members - Manage and maintain shared team calendars using scheduling tools - Confirm appointments with clients and send reminders as required - Reschedule and resolve calendar conflicts efficiently and professionally - Liaise with clients and internal teams to manage availability and booking changes - Maintain accurate scheduling records and update systems in real time - Support the operations team with additional administrative scheduling tasks Qualifications - 1+ year of experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role - Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Calendly, Outlook) - Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail - Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage a high volume of bookings calmly and accurately - Self-motivated and reliable working independently in a remote setting - Fast learner who can adapt to new scheduling software quickly - Matric certificate required; relevant diploma is advantageous Requirements - Salary: R16,000/month - 100% Remote

Role Description Our medical scribes are trained to work under the personal supervision of a healthcare provider during his or her clinical shift. With the ever-increasing documentation demands into electronic health record (EHR) systems, our goal at Revascent is to take on the majority of the provider documentation burden to help improve efficiency, decrease documentation burnout, and in turn help to improve provider wellness. We are looking to fill a remote scribe position for approximately one to four days per week with a variable schedule. This work is remote and supporting a clinic that is in Pacific Standard Time.
