Role Description Our medical scribes are trained to work under the personal supervision of a healthcare provider during his or her clinical shift. With the ever-increasing documentation demands into electronic health record (EHR) systems, our goal at Revascent is to take on the majority of the provider documentation burden to help improve efficiency, decrease documentation burnout, and in turn help to improve provider wellness. We are looking to fill a remote scribe position for approximately one to four days per week with a variable schedule. This work is remote and supporting a clinic that is in Pacific Standard Time. We welcome candidates of all interests to apply, whether you are looking for a career, or planning to attend medical school, nursing school, dental school, etc. Our Scribes work one on one with a clinician throughout their shift, providing the opportunity for shadowing, gaining experience, and building vital relationships. Role Description The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion within assigned healthcare segments. This role focuses on building and closing new business opportunities while developing strategic relationships within physician practices and local hospital markets. - Identify and target physician practices and local hospitals for rapid RCM expansion through industry knowledge, company leads, channel partnerships, and personal networks. - Own the full sales cycle, including lead development, discovery, solution positioning, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and coordination through implementation. - Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned with company growth objectives. - Build strong, value-based relationships with C-level executives, administrators, and key stakeholders within physician practices and hospital systems. - Take a consultative approach to uncover client business challenges and position tailored RCM and IT solutions. - Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas and performance metrics. - Provide actionable market intelligence and feedback to leadership, product, and business development teams. - Represent Revascent at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements as needed. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in physician revenue cycle management (RCM) sales. - Proven experience selling RCM solutions to the local hospital market. - Demonstrated track record of exceeding annual sales quotas and financial targets. - Strong industry relationships and the ability to navigate complex healthcare sales cycles. - Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, particularly within small to midsize physician practices and hospital environments. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation abilities. - Action-oriented, results-driven, and highly self-motivated. - Ability to travel up to 50%. - Must reside on the West Coast (US Remote). Requirements - Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience). - On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000 – $250,000+. - Compensation Structure: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities.
