Role Description We’re looking for a Field Access Manager on the Patient Services team to help us expand what’s possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Director, Field Access Managers you will have a unique opportunity to support patient access to prescribed treatment and deliver upon an industry leading patient experience for patients battling serious and rare diseases. In this role you will cover: Fresno, San Francisco, San Jose and Santa Barbara California. What You'll Do: - Establish collaborative relationships with Patient Support Services, Field Sales, Channel Management, and Market Access colleagues to support patient access. - Assist in resolution of patient-specific access barriers to Insmed’s products as prescribed by HCP. - Educate HCP office staff about prior authorization & appeals process, how to access related forms, and high-level information about submission procedures and reauthorization requirements. This may require travel to identified HCP offices to address patient specific issues. - Work compliantly and proactively to identify and resolve patient access and reimbursement issues, within assigned geography. - Provide appropriate factual process information to HCP office utilizing Personal Health Information (PHI), with appropriate patient consent. - Serve as reimbursement expert for patient support services team for assigned geography/plans. - Monitor patient start trends in assigned geographies/plans, and collaborate with Market Access team to proactively address emerging patient access challenges. - Maintain up-to-date repository of plan-specific reimbursement criteria, forms, and submission procedures. - Comply with Insmed’s reimbursement support policy and rules of engagement. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree - 5+ years’ hands-on experience in reimbursement and patient access, market access, specialty pharmacy, or physician/system account management. Requirements - Experience navigating payer reimbursement process, preferably Medicare Part D (pharmacy benefit design and coverage policy). - Experience with specialty products acquired through specialty pharmacy networks and experience working with HCP offices. - Proven record of success through cross functional collaboration and execution. - Patient-centric and service-oriented mindset, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy. - Exemplary interpersonal and listening skills. - Strong communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills. - Understanding of patient privacy laws including HIPAA and similar state laws. - High enthusiasm with a drive to success within a team – demonstrated ability to reach common goals in collaboration with multiple therapeutic specialists, sales leadership, market access, and patient support services colleagues. - Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Travel Requirements This position involves frequent Domestic travel (up to 75%). Pay Range $155,000.00-201,500.00 Annual

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications, internal tools, and integrations across multiple platforms. • Manage CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance. • Develop front-end interfaces and back-end logic, APIs, and database connections. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web platforms, internal systems, and workflows. • Document systems, architecture, and processes for cross-team accessibility. • Implement API integrations and database connectivity solutions across company systems. • Leverage automation tools like Zapier to streamline workflows and processes. • Maintain and support company software and applications, including 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Google Workspace, Helium 10, HubSpot, Jotform, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Slack, Time Doctor, and WordPress. • Analyze data and create charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. • Utilize advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools to process and present data effectively. • Ensure system compliance with security standards, including antivirus, firewall, and two-factor authentication. • Communicate technical requirements and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated technical solutions. • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to other developers or team members when required. • Actively contribute to process improvements and system optimizations across the organization. • Train team members on system usage, workflows, and technical tools as needed. • Document and share knowledge to improve team efficiency and continuity. • Support ad-hoc tasks in line with organizational needs and priorities.

• Develop and maintain the Ziti Desktop Edge for Windows tunneler • Build and enhance XAML-based user interfaces for the Windows tunneler application • Maintain native Windows DLLs to handle P/Invoke interop • Debug and optimize Windows networking code • Work with build systems (Visual Studio, CMake, vcpkg) • Contribute to open source projects with public code review • Write integration tests and documentation • Support customer implementations and troubleshoot issues

• Manage day-to-day technical aspects of software maintenance across two large SFDC instances • Lead Salesforce Ecosystem Support “Pod” for production issues and ticket triage • Contribute to complex Salesforce issues in development process • Design and build Salesforce solutions integrating with various Salesforce clouds • Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools • Mentor junior development team members • Develop Salesforce solutions from configuration to customization
