AppViewX
• Customer Success Implementation Architects play a key role in driving Customer onboarding, Solutioning and ongoing adoption and usage of AppViewX product. • You will lead the implementation of AppViewX solutions for automating customer IT Network infrastructure and Public Key Infrastructure. • You will combine your deep technical knowledge with an understanding of customer business objectives/challenges help customers maximize the value of AppViewX products. • You will work in the Customer Success team looking at opportunities to automate service offerings around different AppViewX products, tools and processes. • Working with our Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Design Architects, implement AppViewX technology to solve specific business challenges for our new customers. • Address customer objectives/success criteria with in-depth technical attention to help customer Go-live quickly. • Act as a trusted technical advisor by assisting customers navigate technical challenges throughout the implementation process. • Identify new use cases as part of account growth/renewal strategy. • Use your experiences working with customers to provide feedback to the rest of the AppViewX organization on how we can improve the customer experience, speed time-to-value, and create greater benefits for our customers. • Use your experience to look at opportunities to automate, develop tools that aid your team to reduce man hours. • Contribute to Customer Business Reviews highlighting potential areas of improvements. • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members (e.g., sales, product management, support, services, delivery) to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions. • Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to prioritize product enhancements and long term roadmap based on customer/industry priorities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a technical implementation role
- Open to work in US Shift
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in customer-facing technical roles (such as Customer Success Engineer, Solution Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Subject Matter Expert), preferably in a post-sales capacity, for a SaaS company with enterprise software products
- Love of programming, solid coding skills in one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, Java.
- Experience with web service development and using RESTful APIs
- Understanding of configuration management tools such as Chef/Puppet/Vagrant/Ansible/Salt preferred
- Experience with building Jenkins/automated test frameworks preferred
- Domain knowledge on PKI, DNS, Active Directory, cloud, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards
- Experience with Certificate Life Cycle management/operations
- Experience with PKI implementation processes
- Experience with PKI integrations, MS Intune, SCEP, other enrollment practices
- Hands on experience with Kubernetes
- Hands on experience with Linux / Windows server management
- Hands on experience with Apache, IIS - application expertise
- CISSP / CISM / CISA is preferred
- Excellent organization, troubleshooting, problem solving, deployment and multitasking skills with ability to learn new technology at a fast pace
- Worked and interacted with F500 organizations
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.

Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end scoping and pricing across a range of healthcare opportunities. - Translate Sales inputs and Salesforce opportunity data into clear scope definitions, assumptions, and pricing structures. - Perform data sizing and effort estimation, accounting for data volumes, document complexity, and extraction nuances. - Define and validate data extraction approaches in collaboration with Delivery teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy. - Build commercially sound pricing models aligned to deal strategy, including ARR optimization and value positioning. - Develop scenario-based pricing options (base, optimized, upsell) to support Sales positioning, bundling, negotiations, and overall deal strategy. - Advise Sales teams on optimal pricing structures and deal positioning based on client context and constraints. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to drive alignment and execution. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks, scope gaps, dependencies, and pricing inconsistencies early in the deal lifecycle. - Drive standardization and integration of deal workflows, including Salesforce processes, enterprise SOW reviews, and Deal Desk–like governance for complex opportunities.
