• Manage coordination amongst project team members to ensure proper coordination between different departments and timely submission of deliverables. • Conduct regular planning and status meetings with project teams as needed to track progress and identify challenges. • Effectively utilize and leverage IT PMO practices, procedures, and supporting tools for multiple projects concurrently. • Identify and present project teams and sponsors with solutions to everyday project challenges and risks. • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to support and improve project delivery and performance.
Job Requirements
- Associates (2-yr) degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in project with a strong understanding of systems architectures and business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project-related activities with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment for issue escalation.
- Knowledge of stakeholder management principles and core communication principles including verbal, written, and visual.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous learning and emotional intelligence.
