• The Account Manager role is a headquarter account management role with responsibility for Ulta, JCP and Beauty Brands business. • The role is accountable to lead and execute with excellence a Joint Business Plan developed and aligned at the customer headquarters but that comes to life in over 2,000 salons and stores combined, nationwide. • The Account Manager is expected to deliver channel/brand business targets, including growing revenue and share through superior sales fundamentals (i.e. price, distribution, merchandising, shelving), which special attention to the needs of a salon and store business. • The role will have direct selling & account management responsibilities and will partner with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Demand Planning and Education teams to develop and execute business plans that meet or exceed targets.

National Account Manager

Role Description Strategic management of the business within Beauty Retailers with the goal of establishing Wella brands (Wella, Briogeo, Nioxin, Sebastian) as the market leader in sales and service. This position will lead the identification, development, and execution of strategies to deliver key volume drivers for Wella’s portfolio of brands that coexist within a retail & salon environment. The ideal candidate will be expected to create the strategic vision as well as manage the tactical implementation, in all facets, with regards to the brands managed.
