The project manager is the single point of contact who oversees all aspects of the development and implementation of projects including detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, project deliverables and status reports. Duties & Responsibilities - Develops and executes comprehensive project plans for multiple complex IT projects to establish clear objectives, milestones, and strategic resource requirements for the organization. - Mitigates project risks and issues by implementing innovative risk management strategies and solutions to maintain project timelines and deliverables. - Manages project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and decision logs using standardized methodologies and tools to provide transparency and consistency for stakeholders. - Manages stakeholder expectations and collaborates with organization leads to ensure project expectations are communicated. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Ability to lead, motivate, and assign tasks to team members, fostering a collaborative environment. - Strong verbal and written skills for negotiating with stakeholders, reporting progress, and management expectations. - Ability to manage project schedules and set milestones to ensure on-time delivery. - Ability to proactively identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and solving issues to keep projects on track. - Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheets) and industry-specific methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
