• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements • Manage project delivery using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for Agile teams • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications • Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and business requirements

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT or technology project management
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a remote environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred

Role Description The Technical Delivery Lead will serve as the primary point of accountability for the successful technical execution and delivery of all application maintenance and modernization efforts across the program's project teams. - This individual will bridge the gap between technical architecture and practical implementation. - Ensuring that development teams deliver high-quality solutions on schedule while adhering to established architectural standards and agile practices. - Coordinate release management and oversee technical dependencies between teams. - Manage the program's overall delivery pipeline. - Work closely with the Chief Architect to translate architectural vision into executable delivery plans.
