Role Description We are currently seeking an Enterprise Architect / Solution Executive to join our Client Growth team. This role will primarily focus on large deals (> $50M+). This role will work remotely from your home office located within the US with travel required to meet with clients as necessary. The Enterprise Architect / Solution Executive is responsible for our most complex, strategic, transformational multi-million-dollar pursuits. You think big and help shape multi-tower solutions by engaging early and bringing the power of one-NTT to our clients to help transform, reimagine, and reinvent client’s businesses leveraging technology and our services. You have breadth of skills across functional and technical domains, and must have deep skills in digital transformation leveraging Cloud, Data, and AI. You are the single threaded leader of the solution on a pursuit. You contribute to the win strategy, create the solution strategy, lead and orchestrate the solution design and construction across NTT DATA. You build trusted advisor relationships with the technology CxO and are the technical sponsor/spokesperson of the solution. You collaborate with delivery practitioners and subject matter experts from different business units and domains across NTT to provide customers with seamless technology modernization and transformation solutions. Job Responsibilities Include - Engage early with our customers' technology and business leaders to build relationships and gather a deep understanding of the customer’s environment and current enterprise challenges. - Participate and lead in-person and virtual solution design workshops with customers and internal teams. - Participate in creating win strategies and define the solution strategy on a pursuit. - Lead the solution design, construction, and orchestration across NTT, partners, and client organizations. - Be the technical sponsor of the solution both inside NTT and in the client organization. - Collaborate with delivery practitioners and subject matter experts from different business units and domains to design and deliver solutions that address customers' business challenges and objectives. - Apply the One NTT delivery framework and methodology to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of solutions across the NTT Group. - Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of the solution vision, scope, and value proposition. - Prepare and deliver solution presentations, proposals, and artifacts that demonstrate the value and differentiation of the NTT Group's capabilities and offerings. - Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the enterprise architecture domain and leverage them to create innovative and competitive solutions. Qualifications - Minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or consulting roles, preferably in the IT services industry. - Proven record of accomplishment of designing large ($50M+), complex, multi-tower and cross-domain solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience (i.e. 4 additional years of work experience). Preferred Skills - Strong knowledge and experience in various technology domains, such as cloud, data, security, network, infrastructure, applications, etc. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions clearly and concisely. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, with multiple stakeholders and teams. - Certifications in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related domains are preferred. Role Description The Senior Program Manager, Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will be responsible for the management, configuration, and maintenance of Quality training content including creation, re-versioning, assignment and reporting. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring seamless user experience, and providing support for talent and learning in functional operational training within the organization. What you’ll do on a typical day: - Configure, customize, and maintain the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS to meet organizational needs. - Oversee system updates, enhancements, and integrations with other HR systems or tools. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS. - Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including employees, trainers, training managers, HR Managers, Managers, Quality Team members and other users as needed. - Publish and implement training content including materials, online classes and observation checklists as needed. - Ensure content is up-to-date and meets compliance and quality standards. - Test all content in non-production environment to ensure proper quality and functionality. - Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to enhance the learning experience. - Generate and analyze LMS reports to track user progress, course completions, system usage, group membership, and training catalog contents. - Build internal customer-facing dashboards to ensure all layers of management have the information they need. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve learning outcomes and system efficiency. - Lead or participate in LMS-related projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementations, and process improvements. - Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success. - Ensure that LMS operations comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. - Monitor and enforce data security measures to protect sensitive information. - Manage Security Roles and membership in security roles to support system operations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. - Proven experience with Cornerstone OnDemand or similar LMS platforms. - Strong understanding of LMS administration, user management, and content management. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Requirements - It’d be great if you also have: - Certification in Cornerstone OnDemand or related LMS certifications. - Experience with full talent management platform including skills and capabilities. - Experience with other learning technologies and tools. - Project management experience.
