Role Description The Senior Program Manager, Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will be responsible for the management, configuration, and maintenance of Quality training content including creation, re-versioning, assignment and reporting. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring seamless user experience, and providing support for talent and learning in functional operational training within the organization. What you’ll do on a typical day: - Configure, customize, and maintain the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS to meet organizational needs. - Oversee system updates, enhancements, and integrations with other HR systems or tools. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS. - Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including employees, trainers, training managers, HR Managers, Managers, Quality Team members and other users as needed. - Publish and implement training content including materials, online classes and observation checklists as needed. - Ensure content is up-to-date and meets compliance and quality standards. - Test all content in non-production environment to ensure proper quality and functionality. - Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to enhance the learning experience. - Generate and analyze LMS reports to track user progress, course completions, system usage, group membership, and training catalog contents. - Build internal customer-facing dashboards to ensure all layers of management have the information they need. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve learning outcomes and system efficiency. - Lead or participate in LMS-related projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementations, and process improvements. - Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success. - Ensure that LMS operations comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. - Monitor and enforce data security measures to protect sensitive information. - Manage Security Roles and membership in security roles to support system operations.
