Client Accountant
Tech Systems Inc. (TSi)
• Handle much of the day-to-day operations for clients including transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, journal entries, reconciliations. • Daily tasks will be organized in Karbon, the practice management system. • Interact with clients occasionally while answering specific questions or seeking information. • Stop to ask questions of the team when unsure what needs to be done.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment with US-based clients.
- College degree required.
- Experience with day-to-day transactional coding, reconciling, AP processing, AR, payroll processing, month-end close, accrual journal entries, financial reporting.
- 2+ years in QBO, Bill.com or Ramp, Gusto or other payroll software, and other cloud accounting technologies.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills with both clients and team members across digital channels.
- Ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients.
- Humility and openness to coaching and constructive feedback.
- Keen attention to detail with commitment to accuracy, integrity, and dependability.
