HR Generalist

B Consulting

• Assist the senior team with client engagements and internal HR matters • Manage payrolls and payments for clients • Onboard new employees and manage termination processes • Implement benefits plans and answer administrative questions • Prepare documentation and manage compliance with regulations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience (preferrably working with startups)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, HRIS/payroll systems and PEO models
  • SHRM-CP credential preferred
