National Digital Program Manager, CRM Outreach

Role Description SEIU’s National Digital Team drives the central mission of our union to win for working people on the job, in our communities, and in our economy and democracy. This management-level role is a cornerstone of the Movement Building team, serving as the lead strategist and executor for SEIU’s CRM (Email/SMS) infrastructure and digital growth. The role chiefly helms the union’s digital narrative and campaign work by managing the national outreach calendar, deepening activist engagement through sophisticated segmentation, and expanding SEIU’s online presence through lead generation and modern storytelling. The position reports to the Deputy Director of Strategic Outreach. Qualifications - Three to four years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience that would provide for the following: - CRM Mastery: Thorough knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Bonterra EveryAction, Action Network) and mass SMS platforms, including complex list-building, multivariate testing, and automation. - Campaign Strategy: Experience implementing digital strategy on organizing, contract, and political campaigns. - Technical Writing: Excellent writing skills with the ability to pivot between "bigger and bolder" storytelling and technical, data-driven copy. - Technological Agility: Demonstrated capacity to use rapidly changing technology, including AI accelerators for content generation and advanced analytics tools. - Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and prioritize multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously under strict deadlines. - Racial Justice Focus: Commitment to embedding equity-centered learning and anti-racist principles into digital outreach. - Spanish Fluency: Ability to write and proofread Spanish is a significant plus. Requirements - Helms the master schedule for all national email and SMS communications to ensure a cohesive narrative across the Fight for a Union and SEIU lists. - Drafts, edits, and optimizes high-impact messages for email and SMS that translate complex policy and organizing goals into emotionally resonant calls to action. - Manages the development and optimization of digital landing pages, acquisition forms, and advertising campaigns to grow SEIU’s active and engaged lists. - Manages a team of digital practitioners responsible for the technical production, testing, and deployment of mass communications and digital advertising, ensuring "choreographed precision" in every send. - Implements advanced message testing and list segmentation strategies to increase open rates, member acquisition, and digital-to-field mobilization. - Provides social media drafting and scheduling support as needed to ensure narrative consistency between owned inbox channels and the "endless scroll feed" of social platforms. - Manages the implementation of digital strategies for state and national campaigns, ensuring they advance the One Unionwide Plan. - Serves as a key contact for CRM technology partners and digital vendors, ensuring tools and support services are optimized for union growth. - Assists with managing and monitoring digital advertising budgets related to lead generation and list growth. Leads in the managing and monitoring CRM vendor contracts. - Recruits, trains, and manages staff with a focus on embedding racial and economic justice into all digital outreach work. - Must be able to represent the International Union with local leaders, members, staff, and outside organizations, utilizing independent judgment and a high level of professionalism. Role Description Provides and coordinates a wide array of administrative and service coordination activities for the School of Origin Transportation (SOOT) program. This is a program administered by the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to ensure children remain in the school in which the child was enrolled at the time of each placement (unless it is not in the child’s best interest to remain in that school). This position provides assistance with customer service activities and supports the SOOT program’s operational activities. This position collaborates with SOOT staff for the coordination of transportation for program participants. This position will represent ABH® and its services in a positive and professional manner and adhere to ABH’s best practices, guidelines, policies and procedures as established, promoting ABH as a leader in behavioral healthcare in all interactions and work. Duties and Responsibilities - Provide excellent customer service to state partners, families, and providers. - Assist with transportation scheduling and confirmations for multiple transportation providers. - Handle initial requests by entering requests and providing information related to determinations. - Perform a wide variety of administrative and support tasks, including composing emails and fielding telephone calls. - Support quality assurance activities by keeping information updated and assisting with monthly reports. - Attend meetings, trainings, and supervision as required by ABH, SOOT Program Manager, Supervisors, Directors, and DCF staff. - Comply and work towards goals established by DCF and ABH. - Maintain internal communications; notify supervisors with all relevant client or program-based information. - Document all interactions and activities within required timeframe and in required format. - Foster a team environment, including providing coverage as needed for other members of the team. - Maintain confidentiality of all client protected health information and adhere to all HIPAA related policies and procedures. - Attend annual Conflict of Interest training, HIPAA training, and all training required by Program Managers and/or DCF. - Demonstrate ethical behavior and cultural sensitivity in all activities involving individuals of diverse backgrounds. - Perform other tasks/responsibilities as required to support the business operations.
