Job Description

Sales Analyst

Zevia

• Provide customer-specific reporting and analytics in support of volume performance • Support Sales Directors by managing data on sell-in (shipments from Zevia to customer) and sell-through (customer specific sell-through where platform data is available), providing tracking and insights related to delivering annual volume goals • Where available, deliver timely reporting on weekly sales results, customer-inventory, SKU distribution • Serve as key contributor on customer specific data systems and planning platforms for Top 5 customers in market • Support identification of actionable insights • Support promotion plan delivery and item distribution activities in Top Customers • Assist Sales Directors with promotional plan creation, retailer submission, and implementation • Support budget tracking related to price and promo investments, including selected promotional recaps • Manage Top 5 customer retailer portals for contract and submission practices for promotional activity and new item setup • Deliver promotion performance recaps for top investment customers • Support Sales Director inputs related to forecasting and planning Canadian volume • Key contributor for preparing presentations for customer line reviews and annual reviews (e.g. illustrations, pricing, descriptions, sales performance). • Support trade shows (in collaboration with Retail Marketing Manager) at distributor or customer level as needed • Provide ad-hoc project support on volume opportunities, gap close initiatives, key selling programs and business plan objectives

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales support, trade marketing, or related commercial function (CPG experience a significant asset)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable with data and reporting
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpreting data sets
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Detail-driven, process-oriented, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with key Canadian customers portals a major asset: LDIA, Walmart Retail Link, Sobey’s Partnership Portal, Save-On-Foods Partner Portal
