Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven success in a cold calling, appointment setting or inside sales role.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-setting targets.
- Strong phone presence and communication skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders over the phone.
- Ability to effectively handle objections and maintain productive conversations.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Highly organized and able to manage a large volume of outreach in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using parallel dialers and other calling specific tech

This role operates across all stages of the revenue funnel, supporting pipeline generation, account targeting, opportunity tracking, and quote coordination. The position directly enables the VP of Business Development, BDM Spaceborne, and BDM Ground to focus on capture execution and deal closure. This is not an administrative role. It is a high-discipline operational position responsible for ensuring pipeline quality, maintaining data integrity, and driving consistent forward motion across opportunities in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
