Role Description This position oversees franchise sales & development activity and must prospect and execute new franchise agreements. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Prospecting for new franchise agreements - Execute (Document Management & Closing) Agreements - Manage Relationships - Forecasting - Day to Day business activities (Plan and Arrange travel, etc.) - Training/Shadowing to new hire sales personnel - Assisting other members of development team on special projects - Maintaining in-depth knowledge of major purchase/sale transactions, activities of debt and equity, providers and other hospitality related trends within the US Qualifications - Extensive sales experience - Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quotas - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships - Excellent judgment in evaluating opportunities for the company - Hotel conversion experience - Commercial Real Estate Understanding - Commercial lending/banking acumen - Aptitude to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for conversion projects - Effective presentations skills - Excellent communication skills - A desire to travel Requirements - A college degree is preferred - A record of achieving quotas in a sales organization required - A valid Driver’s License - Required to travel approximately 80% of time.
