Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on AI implementation experience
- Strong experience with AI agents, automation tools, APIs, and LLMs
- Experience building production-ready AI systems and workflows
- Experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools
- Experience working in startup, consulting, or agency environments is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead generation workflows, and operational automation
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Role Description Gallagher Bassett is hiring a Senior Client Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and delivery of risk management information system (RMIS) solutions for clients. This role focuses on delivering tailored solutions that extend beyond standard functionality, including customized configurations and expanded platform capabilities to support more complex client requirements. This is a highly client-facing role that combines implementation, project management, technical configuration, and training.
