Role Description We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team as a Genetic Implementation Manager. In this role you'll be responsible for leading the successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of PIC’s genetic program across the PIC Elite Farm system in Europe. - Provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring alignment of program execution across multiple sites. - Build team capability through coaching, training, and performance management. - Directly manage at least one team member and provide leadership to technical site leads and farm teams. - Thrive in a culturally diverse, fast-paced environment and work both autonomously and collaboratively. - Work closely with Supply Chain to coordinate and implement the genetic program effectively across the network. - Bring together technical expertise and strong communication skills, positioning yourself as a thought leader. - Confidently challenge thinking, navigate difficult conversations, and influence key stakeholders. - Ideally based in Spain with approximately 30–40% travel, including some international travel required. Responsibilities and Essential Duties - Lead the implementation and execution of PIC’s genetic improvement strategy across the Elite Farm system. - Manage and develop direct report(s) by providing coaching, training, performance feedback, and development opportunities. - Provide leadership and direction to technical site leads and farm teams for effective adoption of genetic improvement protocols. - Partner closely with Supply Chain to align the implementation of the genetic program with animal flow and operational planning. - Drive cross-functional coordination and communication of the genetic improvement strategy. - Oversee the execution of routine and special genetic improvement projects. - Support the planning and coordination of genetic dissemination of elite animals across the global elite farm system. - Provide oversight and support for data acquisition systems, including troubleshooting and identifying innovative solutions. - Analyze and interpret genetic and operational data using statistical techniques to support decision-making. - Monitor program performance, identify risks or gaps in execution, and implement corrective actions. - Use established procedures and sound judgment to solve operational and technical problems. Qualifications - University Degree in Animal or Meat Science, Animal Breeding and Genetics or a related field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience within livestock production systems, including experience in genetic production and training. - Working knowledge of contemporary record-keeping systems. - A minimum of 4 years of experience with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. - Must not co-habitat or live on the same premises with any person who works with swine. • Deliver end-to-end implementations of Pinewood.AI for Parts & Service / Fixed Operations, from discovery and scoping through configuration, training, go-live, and hypercare • Design, adapt, and deliver high-quality training to mixed-ability audiences, from technicians and service advisors to fixed ops directors and general managers, both on-site and remotely • Create and localise training materials for the North American market, tailoring terminology, spelling, examples, and process detail for US users • Configure fixed operations workflows, including service reception, menus and labour pricing, WIP, parts inventory, warranty handling, and reporting • Coach best practices for technician scheduling, parts ordering, ELR improvement, hours sold, and OEM integrations • Deliver business change activities such as stakeholder alignment, adoption planning, and measurement of training effectiveness • Capture lessons learned, contribute to implementation playbooks, and mentor colleagues to raise capability across the team • Collaborate with product, support, and delivery teams to resolve issues, share feedback, and improve the overall rollout process • Travel extensively across North America, approximately 80% of the time, to deliver on-site consultancy and training

• Oversee all aspects of multiple implementations as it relates to communication, coordination, set up and transition from implementation state to maintenance state. • Provides Sales and Client Success Support through the implementation process, with direct contact with client contacts and vendors. • Document business requirements, develop and oversee project plans, and implement change control procedures. • Document and report out critical milestones, opportunities, and overall client satisfaction with leadership. • Understand industry and market trends in the PBM and Navigation market space. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, managing client expectations and providing regular updates on project status. • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks and issues. • Facilitate post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.

Role Description Role: Oracle EPM ARCS Implementation Consultant Duration: Long Term Location: Remote- EST AND CST Pay Rate: $60/hr. On C2C - Oracle EPM ARCS implementation: end-to-end configuration and deployment experience. - Reconciliation profile setup and management: ability to design, build, and optimize recon profiles aligned to business requirements. - Account grouping configuration: experience structuring and managing account hierarchies and groupings within ARCS. - Data Integrations: integration with Oracle Fusion, proven experience integrating ARCS with Oracle Fusion for seamless data flow and reconciliation. - FX Rate Integrations, FX Rate Setups, Handling Intercompany Reconciliation in ARCS, etc. - EPM Automate and scripting for automation tasks, strong understanding of the financial close process and balance sheet reconciliation. - Ability to translate business/Finance requirements into ARCS configuration. Qualifications - Strong finance acumen: deep understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and the ability to communicate in finance language with business stakeholders. - Problem-solving mindset: ability to quickly diagnose issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions independently. - Ownership mindset: someone who takes end-to-end accountability for deliverables without needing hand-holding. - Self-directed implementer: capable of working autonomously, managing their own workstream, and delivering results with minimal supervision.
