• Lead post-sale consulting engagements to guide clients through onboarding and configuration of Entrata’s utility products. • Configure software based on client workflows to ensure accurate billing and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Maintain subject matter expertise through platform certification and continuous learning. • Troubleshoot implementation challenges, document findings, and escalate complex issues as needed. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Operations and Fulfillment to ensure seamless project handoff. • Support development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participate in process improvement initiatives. • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through clear communication and responsive support. • Communicate regulatory updates and support client compliance adjustments. • Configure and test software systems based on client specifications. • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions. • Manage multiple implementation tasks concurrently while meeting established timelines. • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, communications, and issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software implementation, utility billing, or a related field.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and capable of learning new platforms quickly.
