What You Will Need: Education and Experience - Must have an advanced degree or bachelor’s degree or equal work-related experience and industry presence. - 15+ years of relevant professional experience - At least one relevant security certification such as CISSP, CISM or similar. - Relevant technical certifications required. - While the position is remote, regular travel (50%+) to client sites and project locations is a core part of the role. ABS Group is looking for a Principal Consultant to serve as the on-the-ground OT cybersecurity expert for a major industrial client, operating at the intersection of cybersecurity, control systems engineering, and regulatory compliance. You'll advise on ICS/DCS security controls, strengthen asset and vulnerability management programs, support MTSA compliance efforts, and drive program maturity — all while mentoring team members and identifying opportunities to grow the client relationship.
