• Develop and evolve pricing models • Maintain and improve pricing models across all regions to help determine optimal price points for food, shipping, and non-food items. • Bring market context into decision-making • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to identify risks, opportunities, and data-backed rate recommendations. • Lead the pricing optimization framework to support long-term commercial goals while balancing customer value and business performance. • Use data, testing, and performance insights to help identify effective discounts, incentives, and pricing approaches that support customer retention. • Support promotional budget management by providing accurate spend forecasts and taking proactive steps to meet financial targets. • Collaborate with marketing and deployment teams to ensure pricing changes and related customer-facing campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in pricing, commercial analytics, or finance, ideally within e-commerce or subscription services.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- A strong understanding of pricing mechanics, margin drivers, and how pricing influences customer behavior.
- The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- A self-driven, action-oriented approach, with the resilience to adapt to shifting demands in a high-growth environment.
