Qualifications - Around 3+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally in marketing, growth, product, e-commerce, or a similar business environment. - Confidence with SQL, including joining tables, building aggregations, and writing efficient queries. - Experience with BI / data visualisation tools (Looker preferred, but similar tools are fine). - Hands-on experience working with data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake or similar). - Practical experience with experimentation (A/B tests and/or quasi-experimental methods), either designing, analysing, or interpreting tests. - Clear communication skills – you can explain complex concepts in a simple, visual, and structured way. - Comfortable working in English in a distributed team. Nice-to-haves - Familiarity with Python or similar tools for deeper analysis. - Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools. - Previous experience in subscription, marketplace, DTC, or other data-rich consumer businesses. - Experience with cohort analysis, lifecycle analytics, funnel performance, or behavioural segmentation.
