Role Description The Talent Marketing Partner, reporting into the Talent Marketing team, plays a pivotal role in shaping Kohler’s ability to attract, engage, and convert top talent through strategic marketing initiatives across Mexico. This position serves as both a business partner and functional marketer, ensuring that talent marketing strategies align with business objectives while equipping the team with the tools, processes, and insights needed for success. The Talent Marketing Partner overseeing Mexico will join an exciting period of team expansion and can shape the regional Talent Marketing roadmap that will drive meaningful impacts. Key Responsibilities - Business Partnership & Stakeholder Enablement: - Act as a strategic advisor to recruiting teams and business stakeholders, consulting on talent marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes for manufacturing and corporate roles. - In collaboration with an agency partner, develop, implement, and evaluate Talent Marketing strategies and tactics tailored to business needs and workforce priorities. - Enable stakeholders with branded content and attraction materials, ensuring alignment with Kohler’s global Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Brand (EB) standards. - Serve as a trusted consultant for talent marketing and brand best practices, tools, and emerging trends. - Functional Marketing Capability Enablement: - Drive key initiatives across core talent marketing pillars, including: - Channel Marketing: Onboard, test, and optimize paid and organic channels for candidate engagement and conversion. - Employer Brand & Content Marketing: Activate Kohler’s global EVP by implementing branded content, attraction materials, and advocacy programs. - Digital Ecosystems: Enhance candidate experience across career sites, social platforms, channels, ATS platforms, and future marketing tools. - Data & Insights: Establish reporting frameworks and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, return-on-investment and brand sentiment. - Equip and enable the Talent Marketing team with structures, tools, processes, and technology to execute strategies effectively in Mexico. - Lead continuous improvement efforts to standardize workflows, enhance scalability, and ensure operational excellence. - Collaborate cross-functionally with TA, HR, Communications, and Marketing to maintain brand consistency and governance. - Partner with agency partners and industry vendors to ensure timely delivery of Talent Marketing strategy execution. - Ability to collect, organize, and validate marketing performance data from multiple sources; synthesize insights into clear, actionable narratives; and present findings through compelling presentations that inform strategy and optimize campaign effectiveness. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Talent Marketing, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or Channel and Brand Strategy; preferably at a marketing agency, global company, or a fast-growing organization. - Strong knowledge of digital and mass media marketing ecosystems, analytics, branding, and campaign optimization. - Experience with paid marketing channels (Meta/WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google, Job Boards, OOH). - Experience with organic and owned marketing channels (career sites, email, SMS, social media pages, etc.). - Ability to write and verbally communicate in English and Spanish. - Proven ability to consult and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Exceptional project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. - Critical thinking with the ability to turn data into compelling insights and campaign strategies. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, HR, or related field. - Experience with HR technology platforms (job sites, ATS, Workday, career sites, programmatic job media platforms). - Experience with marketing technology and automation tools (CRM, Spinklr, Adobe, Surveys). - Proficiency in GA4, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, and Excel to effectively analyze marketing performance and generate actionable insights. - Ability to write and verbally communicate in Portuguese to support regional teams in Brazil. - Demonstrated fluency in artificial intelligence (AI) concepts, tools, and applications, including the ability to leverage AI-driven platforms to enhance productivity, decision‑making, and business outcomes. Intermountain has a strong, well-established Teleneuroscience program. - Providing 24/7 Tele-Neurohospitalist services, or in-person neurohospitalist services. - 1.0 FTE is 2,080 hours per year, split up into 12-hour day/night shifts, and swing shifts (approximately 15 shifts/month). - Mix of days, nights, weekends, and holidays. - Position provides telehealth (stroke, inpatient neurology consults) support to the Intermountain hospitals and several outreach sites in Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and Alaska. - Neurohospitalist positions are part of our larger Neuroscience Institute group which includes Neuro Critical Care physicians, Epileptologists, Neurosurgeons, outpatient Neurologists, Neuro and Spine PM&R physicians, Neuro Psychologists, and Psychiatrists. - The neurohospitalist team works closely with the neuro-intensivists team who cover the neurocritical care unit, as well as tele-neurocritical care consults throughout the system.
