Collective
• Drive sourcing and pipeline generation for technical roles across Engineering, with a strong focus on identifying, engaging, and nurturing passive talent. • Develop creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities, events, and other channels to attract high-quality technical candidates. • Conduct recruiter screens and manage candidates throughout the interview process while delivering a strong candidate experience through proactive communication and relationship building. • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate talent profiles, share market insights, and adjust sourcing strategies as hiring needs evolve. • Track pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and recruiting metrics to improve outreach strategies, conversion rates, and overall hiring outcomes. • Continuously improve sourcing workflows and operational efficiency using tools like Ashby, Pin, and Claude.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 4+ years focused on technical recruiting.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting technology to improve efficiency and scale.
- A proven track record of hiring high-performing technical talent in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills across competitive technical markets.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights.
- An “always learning” mentality with a passion for improving recruiting operations and candidate experience.
- Clear, confident communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.

Role Description We are a technical recruitment agency that is looking for a Technical Sourcer to join the cross-functional team to help in hiring for the best Tech international companies in the EU, the USA, and Scandinavia regions. We are looking for a driven individual, autonomous in work with advanced analytical skills to help us hire A-players and deliver a first-class customer experience. You will innovate, drive and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process in the organization. This is a commission-based only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your recruitment success.
