Senior Field Service Engineer

• Perform complex customer support activities involving the installation, modification, repair and preventive maintenance of Brooks’ equipment and systems to ensure proper working order. • Isolate and resolve complex equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective action. • Works under minimal supervision following established policies and procedures to ensure company and customer quality standards are met. • May act as Local / Shift / Site Lead to coordinate work direction for other Service Engineers and install support as needed. • This is a high-level position where work assignments are complex in nature, requiring discretion, independent judgment and diverse problem-solving methods. • Candidate may be assigned to support a specific customer site, region, or Product, depending upon business needs. • Lead / perform in the installation, modification, repair, testing, upgrade, conduct preventive diagnosis, perform maintenance on the software and hardware of the equipment and systems while adhering to Brooks Automation’s policies, procedures and work direction of supervisor or shift/site lead. • Interface with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with equipment and service levels, as well as participate in customer operational / status meetings. Customer Support Engineer – m/w/d
