  • Proven track record supporting State, Local, and Education (SLED) accounts
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the Cybersecurity industry

Role Description The Technical Pre-Sales Engineer is a tech-savvy professional focused on technical presales support of Precisely software products. This individual will work in the field to help sales teams with new customer opportunities, translate customer technical requirements to a Precisely solution, drive the technical discussions, deliver custom demonstrations, and implement technical proofs-of-concept. This individual will be comfortable working in a result-driven, highly motivated sales team and has great time management and organization skills. Role Description The Sales Engineer is a creative thinker that acts as the "Liaison” between Sales, Product, Marketing and our customers by identifying and removing any potential roadblocks early in the sales process while creating detailed specifications agreed upon by both Egnyte and the client. What You’ll Do: - Direct Sales Support: Act as the technical lead in direct customer engagements in partnership with the sales team to gain technical fit through a consultative sales approach.
