• Designs and implements reporting applications including BI dashboards, reporting cubes, emails, and batch reports. • Works with project lead, business users and analysts to gather requirements. • Translates project requirements into functional and technical specifications. • Develops, implements, and maintains test strategies and plans. • Provides production support for BI capabilities. • Mentors and trains other BI developers, Data Analysts and power users. • Manages the scope of the deliverables within the release timeframe.

• Maintain and scale the Odos transaction and event database (Redis, PostgreSQL, or equivalent). • Build ETL pipelines from on-chain data sources, APIs, and internal services. • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and query performance across chains and order types. • Define and track key metrics (e.g., total volume, route count, fee revenue, average slippage, gas savings, wallet activity). • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and automated reporting for the leadership team. • Collaborate with product and growth teams to design campaign and feature-specific analytics (Protected Swaps, Multi-Token Swaps, etc.). • Integrate and analyze loyalty program data — wallet tiers, reward distribution, retention, and ROI. • Work with marketing and growth teams to attribute traffic and measure referral or loyalty campaigns. • Partner with backend engineers on event schemas and pipeline performance. • Support finance and ops with data exports for audits, investors, and DAO reporting.

What You Will Do: - Designs, develops, and deploys advanced Power BI reports and dashboards using structured data from Microsoft Fabric Data Warehouse, SQL Server, and Synapse Analytics. - Utilizes DAX expertise to create complex calculations, measures, and KPIs that provide meaningful insights to business users. - Implements row-level security measures within Power BI to ensure data confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies. - Collaborates with data engineering teams to optimize structured data models for enhanced report performance and user experience. - Manages Fabric capacity resources, monitors usage, and optimizes performance to ensure efficient report rendering. - Participates in data governance initiatives and adheres to change control processes to maintain data accuracy and consistency. - Performs thorough data analysis, distills insights, and crafts compelling data-driven narratives for effective storytelling. - Utilizes advanced visualization techniques to create interactive and visually appealing reports that convey complex information clearly. - Presents complex findings and reports to executive stakeholders in a clear, professional, and impactful manner. - Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to report performance, data accuracy, and visualizations. - Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications - A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field is strongly preferred. - A minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience as a Power BI developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and impactful reports is required. - Expertise in working with structured data from Tabular Models, SQL Server, and Synapse Analytics as data sources. - Proficiency in writing complex DAX expressions and calculations to meet advanced reporting requirements. - Familiarity with Power BI security mechanisms. - Strong data modeling skills within Power BI, including structured data transformation and optimization. - Intermediate skills in Power BI Desktop, including using custom visuals, themes, and advanced interactivity. - Exceptional data analysis, storytelling, and visualization skills. - Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present to executive-level stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, maintaining professionalism under pressure. - Ability to work independently and guide and support others through collaboration. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. - Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills. - Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality. - Willingness and ability to work flexible hours as needed and be available for off-hour support as part of an on-call rotation. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, & Word), and modern communication tools for virtual teams (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack).
