User Acquisition Consultant

Role Description We’re looking for a User Acquisition (UA) Consultant to define, guide, and optimize paid acquisition strategy and execution for mobile game titles. This role is focused on media buying excellence, performance optimization, and scalable acquisition, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and aligned with profitability targets. The consultant will lead and supervise the internal UA Specialist and collaborate closely with Data, Brand, and Product teams on performance modeling, creative strategy, and product positioning signals. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Define UA channel strategy and media planning across paid social, ad networks, and other relevant channels. - Recommend budget allocation and reallocation based on performance, scalability, and channel saturation limits. - Provide and refine CPI benchmarks by geo, platform, and channel. - Monitor and optimize toward cost efficiency, creative performance, early ROAS, and payback signals. - Supervise campaign structure, setup, bidding strategies, budget pacing, and ongoing optimization. - Guide creative testing needs from a UA perspective and provide feedback to improve CTR, CVR, and CPI. - Set execution priorities, weekly plans, and testing roadmaps for the internal UA Specialist. - Deliver concise, action-oriented reporting on spend, performance, risks, and immediate optimization opportunities. Qualifications - Proven experience in user acquisition, paid media buying, or performance marketing for mobile games. - Strong knowledge of channels such as Meta, AppLovin, Google Ads, TikTok, ad networks, and other paid acquisition platforms. - Demonstrated experience managing CPI, volume, ROAS, payback signals, budget pacing, and campaign efficiency. - Experience overseeing campaign setup, optimization tactics, account structure, and testing roadmaps. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into clear next steps. - Experience guiding or supervising UA Specialists or campaign execution teams. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Data, Brand, and Product stakeholders. - Fluent in English. Requirements - Experience scaling games from tech test and soft launch through worldwide launch. - Experience working with P&L scenario projections, performance modeling, and validation. - Strong understanding of creative fatigue, creative rotation, and testing cadence for mobile game UA. - Experience working with international, remote, and multidisciplinary teams.
