DOS Portfolio Lead

Role Description CACI is looking for an experienced Portfolio Lead with strong customer relationship skills, program/contract management capabilities, and implementation knowledge of IT and IT processes at scale supporting complex Government mission environments. This includes emerging IT/IT processes like Agile, DevSecOps, AI, and cloud. The role emphasizes innovation and a strategic growth mindset at the Department of State (DOS). - Support business development, proposal capture teams, and program/contract delivery execution teams in support of growth and delivery excellence at the DOS. - Provide support for business development and capture teams focused on growth at the DOS. - Strategically support program/contract delivery execution at the DOS to optimize delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. - Directly support CACI programs/contracts at the DOS to address specific IT and customer relationship challenges. - Develop CACI strategies to pursue growth at the DOS, including new contract wins and on-contract growth. - Work closely with CACI groups and personnel to ensure effective pursuit strategies for programs requiring collaboration across CACI. Qualifications - Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - 10+ years of supervisory/management experience. - 10+ years of experience applying information technology solutions to meet mission needs within the Federal Government. - 10+ years of program and technical performance management experience within the Federal Government. - 10+ years of experience in delivering and sustaining complex IT solutions at the DOS. - Understanding of all elements of the software development and IT delivery life cycle. - Strong understanding of emerging IT technologies and processes (including Agile, AI, SecDevOps, and cloud). - Strong technical background and excellent oral presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and develop strategic customer relationships. - Demonstrated ability to collaboratively deliver proposals, technical solutions, and company capabilities. Requirements - Project Management Professional (PMP®) Credential or PMI Agile Practitioner. - Established relationships with key Government leadership/personnel currently working at the DOS. - Success in opportunity identification, qualification, and proposal submission in the Federal marketplace. - 5+ years of experience managing Agile software development programs. - Active security clearance supporting DOS or another Federal agency.
