Qualifications - Extensive knowledge in multi-vendor service integrations and cross-functional software, operating systems, and infrastructure designs. - Proficiency in how specific infrastructures and application software are deployed in accordance with relevant methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to leverage extended specialist knowledge of reference architectures and maintain awareness of trends and developments in technology domains. - Extensive professional experience in technical, IT, or operations roles within a large-scale, multinational technology services environment. - Proven experience in client engagement, consulting, and change management. - Background in agile development environments. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with stellar interpersonal skills for building robust working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. - Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and delivery. - A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
