Role Description Our customer is undertaking a multi-year transformation to modernize its contact center ecosystem, transitioning from a fragmented, multi-vendor environment to a unified platform built on AWS Connect. This effort will support thousands of agents across multiple lines of business and enable a more scalable, agile, and customer-centric operating model. The AWS Engineer will play a critical role in this transformation by providing deep technical expertise across the AWS ecosystem. This individual will help design, build, and support cloud-native solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline agent workflows, and reduce operational complexity. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can own problems end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. The position will also support early-stage pilot initiatives and the broader rollout of AWS Connect capabilities across the organization.
