Role Description - Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing. - Develop and manage direct customer relationships, ensuring strategic alignment with client business needs. - Build, manage and close a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid-market opportunities. - Manage key customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor on Forcepoint's Data Security Everywhere. - Manage and report sales pipeline with high accuracy in forecasting and deal progression. - Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to deliver effective and compelling customer propositions. - Work closely with key local partners, VARs, and SIs to maximize market coverage. - Provide regular business updates to regional leadership and contribute to SEA growth strategy. Qualifications - Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or enterprise software. - Vendor-side experience is a bonus, with preference for candidates from cybersecurity or data security vendors (DLP, DSPM, CASB, etc.). - Experience selling to regulated industries with knowledge of local compliance frameworks. - Familiarity with the competitive landscape (e.g., Microsoft, Broadcom, Trellix, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Netskope). - Driven, resilient, and strategic thinker. - Open to candidates with system integrator (SI) background who have directly driven customer business. - Consistent career history, with proven track record of quota achievement and customer relationship development. - Demonstrated experience in managing complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles. - Solid understanding of forecasting accuracy, opportunity planning, and closing strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Experience working directly with Government, Education or Healthcare customers is highly desirable. - Fluent in English and Mandarin.
