Quantum Machines
• Meet and exceed annual bookings targets based on a geographically assigned territory, including the development of large, existing, strategic accounts and discovery of new prospect accounts • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead to deal closing to repeat purchasing • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas • Be the spearhead of communicating our value proposition to potential customers in the academic and commercial sectors of the industry • Uncover customer needs and ensure we provide the necessary products, tools and technical resources to help them achieve their ambitious goals and ensure our ongoing competitiveness • Coordinate with various internal teams on complex customer tenders, bids, and other agreements • Leverage go-to-market resources (i.e. solution engineers, marketing, professional material, evaluation program, etc.) effectively and efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business • Maintain an accurate and up to date view of all leads and opportunities under your ownership; provide reports as needed
Job Requirements
- 10+ years proven experience as a successful, growth-oriented salesperson with emphasis in new business expansion.
- Experience in hardware sales and in selling to academia and research labs is a strong advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication in English; excellent presentation skills
- Knowledge and experience in market research, sales cycle management and negotiations
- Ability to build relationships of trust
- Organizational and time-management skills; High level of independence
- Strong knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Background in physics and or electrical engineering, understanding of quantum computing
- Willingness to travel to customers and prospects on a regular basis

Role Description We’re building a nationwide enterprise sales team to expand TP-Link’s presence for Omada across the U.S. market. As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll own your territory, drive revenue growth, and build lasting relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs), Hospitality Service Providers (HSPs), Retail, and Enterprise accounts. This is more than just managing accounts—it’s about building TP-Link’s next wave of partnerships in the U.S. You’ll have the autonomy to shape territory strategy, create new business opportunities, and represent a global brand that’s scaling like a startup. This role covers the Northern California Market. What You Will Do: - Represent TP-Link’s end-to-end portfolio of wired, wireless, cloud, surveillance, and network management/security solutions. - Build and grow relationships with key channel partners, MSPs, and end users to drive adoption and revenue. - Recruit and develop high-performing partners while maximizing revenue with existing accounts. - Drive sales results through strategic planning, solution positioning, and execution of go-to-market initiatives. - Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives. - Identify new opportunities in emerging markets and expand presence across key verticals. - Travel within territory (up to 50%) to build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships. Qualifications - 8+ years of proven track record in sales, technical sales, or a related field. - Technical aptitude of IP networking and wireless products, software solutions, and service offerings as well as competitive offerings. - A positive track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets delivering and overachieving revenue goals. - Experience presenting technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences including C-level executives in small and large group settings. - Knowledge of IT solutions such as networking, cloud computing, hardware, and software. - Proven sales success, possessing strong negotiation tactics and closing abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A self-starting, ambitious personality that takes pride in the success of their business. - Strong knowledge of Sales CRM fundamentals. - Willingness and Ability to travel within Territory up to 50%.
