Maintain and update the database of candidates. 10.Monitor and report on the quality and quantity of resumes on a daily/weekly basis. 11. Evaluate candidate quality yields by source and manage future investments accordingly. 12. Team up with the TA Partners to represent Yale University at events and demonstrate enthusiastic engagement with potential applicants or candidates. 13. Establish and nurture relationships with agencies and hiring programs for targeted positions.
