Role Description This position, with minimal supervision, uses defined methodologies in a team environment to perform system life cycle tasks for assigned systems or applications and supporting infrastructure. These tasks include: - Planning - System analysis - Design - Application building - Integration - Testing - Maintenance - Support - Completion of assigned project work May lead small projects or initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Minimum of two years of related work experience. - Prefer hands-on experience with Workday and/or Infor ERP systems, including configuration, optimization, or end user support. - Prefer strong business acumen in Finance and/or Supply Chain domains, with expertise in one or more functional areas such as Order-to-Pay (O2P), Procure-to-Pay, or Record-to-Report. - Prefer ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and partner effectively with finance and supply chain stakeholders. Requirements - Knowledge of computing principles normally acquired through a bachelor's degree or related work experience. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks. - Willingness to learn and improve. - Highly motivated and ability to operate under limited supervision. - Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure situations. - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal. Benefits - Pay is expected to be between $28.42 - $48.62 (expressed as hourly). • Designing, implementing, configuring, and deploying Google Workspace, M365, and Slack Enterprise+ environments, including Gmail, Drive, Teams, and SharePoint. • Overseeing implementation and migration projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with established quality standards. • Configuring and managing integrations between collaboration platforms and business tools while automating workflows using REST API, PowerShell, or scripting. • Providing 3rd tier support for all collaboration tools, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues promptly to minimize disruption to users. • Collaborating with IAM and security teams to implement and strengthen security measures and compliance policies across all platforms. • Developing technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs while delivering training, monitoring performance, recommending improvements, and staying updated on SaaS trends.

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and system configurations within NetSuite • Support the ongoing health, stability, and performance of finance systems, including issue diagnosis and resolution • Document “as-is” and “to-be” processes to support structured system improvements • Execute system enhancements, configurations, and testing cycles (including UAT) • Maintain system documentation, workflows, and change logs within Jira and Confluence • Contribute to process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency, controls, and data integrity
