• Own the Education-side architecture for content production and learning delivery platforms, ensuring they support high-quality, scalable content production. • Partner closely with IT teams to influence long-term roadmaps and architectural direction. • Collaborate with fellow Content Architects to align platform architecture with production workflows and operational excellence. • Lead Education’s transition to next-generation publishing technologies, including the implementation of a modern XML publishing tool replacing a long-standing legacy solution. • Ensure new enterprise systems are designed and configured to meet Education’s instructional, editorial, accessibility, and operational needs. • Define standards, governance, metadata structures, and best practices for platform usage across Education. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve automation, reduce manual effort, and strengthen production quality. • Support the delivery of curriculum across multiple output formats including Canvas courses, PDFs, print books, and eBooks through efficient single-source publishing workflows.

• Support CAS platforms including LogicGate, Onit and NetDocuments • Help migrate manual, Excel-based and legacy regulatory/risk reporting processes into more structured platform workflows • Elicit and document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and supporting materials • Support system enhancements, configuration, testing cycles, UAT, issue resolution and change documentation • Bring project discipline to small projects and enhancements through planning, milestones, toll gates and delivery follow-up • Partner with product, legal, risk, compliance, engineering and business stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions • Contribute to process improvements that improve efficiency, controls, data integrity and automation across the back-office portfolio

• Own the full lifecycle management of finance products or a defined product portfolio, from ideation through launch, optimization, and retirement • Translate enterprise and functional strategy into product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans • Conduct needs assessment and market and industry analysis to identify emerging requirements, risks, and opportunities, in partnership with finance and technology SMEs • Ensure products remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with evolving business and regulatory requirements • Lead coordination across Finance, Technology, Product, and business units to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives • Manage interdependencies across platforms, systems, and workflows, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise architecture • Partner with stakeholders to incorporate user needs, operational constraints, and technical considerations into product design • Oversee delivery of product initiatives, ensuring timely, high-quality execution within budget and scope • Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and value realization frameworks • Drive data-driven product and service improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, user experience, and financial outcomes • Identify and implement innovative approaches, tools, and processes to improve financial product capabilities • Manage and develop product managers or small teams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities • Provide direction, coaching, and performance management to build capability and drive engagement • Operate within established policies, governance frameworks, and strategic objectives set by senior leadership • Ensure compliance with financial controls, legal, regulatory, and audit requirements, working in close partnership with Finance, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders • Support resource planning, prioritization, and budget management across assigned product areas

• Design, build, configure, and enhance IAM solutions, including SSO, MFA, conditional access, identity lifecycle management, and access governance for both workforce and customer IAM. • Contribute to engineering design, prototyping, and feasibility testing of IAM solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. • Develop and maintain integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cloud services. • Implement authentication protocols and access control mechanisms (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OIDC). • Diagnose and resolve complex IAM system issues, leading root-cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes. • Participate in and lead technical troubleshooting efforts across identity systems and integrations. • Develop scripts, automation, and tooling to improve provisioning, monitoring, and access governance processes. • Support testing, validation, and deployment of IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with technical requirements. • Analyze current-state IAM processes (joiner/mover/leaver, access reviews) and define optimized future-state workflows. • Implement and monitor IAM security controls, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation actions. • Contribute to audit readiness through evidence collection, control validation, and documentation.
