• Designing, implementing, configuring, and deploying Google Workspace, M365, and Slack Enterprise+ environments, including Gmail, Drive, Teams, and SharePoint. • Overseeing implementation and migration projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with established quality standards. • Configuring and managing integrations between collaboration platforms and business tools while automating workflows using REST API, PowerShell, or scripting. • Providing 3rd tier support for all collaboration tools, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues promptly to minimize disruption to users. • Collaborating with IAM and security teams to implement and strengthen security measures and compliance policies across all platforms. • Developing technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs while delivering training, monitoring performance, recommending improvements, and staying updated on SaaS trends.
Job Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree, with 5+ years of experience in engineering, or a technical Degree in a related field
- Show expertise in designing, deploying, managing enterprise environments for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack administration and integration expertise.
- Demonstrate expertise in Google Workspace setup, management, and configuration to ensure seamless system administration and functionality.
- Demonstrate expertise in Slack functionalities, integrations, and enterprise grid administration.
- Utilize AI tools such as Google Gemini to streamline tasks, create summaries, draft communications, and analyze data effectively.
- Have experience with Email migration tools like cloud to on-premises, or cloud to cloud and working exposure to API.
- Exhibit exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical abilities to convey technical concepts clearly and manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer Work Schedule: Onsite – Buffalo, NY Moog is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer in our Military Aircraft Group based in East Aurora, NY. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Systems Design & Development Manager. As a Senior Systems Engineer in Moog's Aircraft Group (AG), you are responsible for developing the architecture for effective system-level technical solutions created to support customers' needs. You will determine the physical properties of the systems that are critical to satisfying customers' needs and concerns, building physics-based performance models of the system and exercising the models over the entire operational environment, creation of the requirements baselines for the project and leading system level integration and test. New areas of focus include Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). You will also participate in the strategic side of the business by supporting development of product platforms, new integration and test methodologies as well as participation in the business unit strategy development and technology roadmaps. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will: - Lead the systematic capture, development and documentation of fully verifiable requirements into a total systems solution that acknowledges technical, schedule, and cost constraints through consulting with customers, staff and sales personnel. - Lead the functional analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
