Job Description

Sales Development Representative

Cyber Crucible, Inc.

• Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and other channels • Identify and engage target accounts and key decision-makers • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members • Partner with marketing to sharpen messaging and test new campaigns • Track activity and performance metrics in CRM • Help build and iterate on the SDR playbook as you learn what works

Job Requirements

  • 6+ months of SDR or outbound sales experience (preferably in B2B or professional services)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or SalesLoft
  • Curious about data, analytics, or technology (you don't need to be an expert, but you should want to learn!)
