Role Description As the General Manager of the corporate vertical, you will operate as the main leader of this business unit. You and your team iterate on the strategy, P&L, and execution for CookUnity’s corporate offerings. You will lead a team driving smart fridge deployments, employee discount programs, and workplace meal solutions for enterprises, property managers, and benefits brokers. You will design and execute a GTM strategy to grow revenue and scale CookUnity as the leading workplace food solution. Key Responsibilities - Own full P&L responsibility for the corporate vertical with aggressive revenue and margin growth targets. - Develop and execute a GTM strategy per food service. - Build, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team (AEs, Key AEs, and Account manager). - Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in HR, facilities management, and property management. - Design scalable sales playbooks for SMB automation and enterprise deals. - Identify and execute on channel partnerships (brokers, benefit platforms). - Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing to refine offerings for workplace clients. - Define pricing models and value propositions tailored to corporate clients. - Serve as executive sponsor on key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and revenue growth. - Represent CookUnity at corporate wellness events, trade shows, and industry gatherings. - Establish KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting for team performance and pipeline health. Qualifications - 8+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, preferably in foodservice, proptech, or workplace benefits. - Proven track record of success owning P&L and scaling a business unit. - Expertise in selling to HR, People Ops, Facilities, and property managers. - Familiarity with employee benefits and workplace wellness programs. - Strong leadership and coaching skills with a builder’s mindset. - Entrepreneurial and adaptable to evolving market dynamics.
