• Meet monthly sales targets by being out in your market daily (this position is remote, but cannot be successfully performed from behind a desk) • Be a Market Leader between sales, operations, and install coordinators to turn monthly sales into installed equipment resulting in achievement of monthly installation targets • Be present in your local operations branch on a regular basis and hold consistent meetings to coordinate installations • Self-generate leads through networking, customer referrals, and other in-market sales efforts, including cold-calling • Creating or joining networking groups that share leads is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy – the ability to cultivate those relationships and effectively work with network partners is essential • Effectively run a one-call-close sales process that includes quickly gaining rapport, finding pain points, effectively presenting value proposition, and securing a signed agreement • Understand the technical components and requirements of ice machines and conduct quality site surveys that set operations up for success • Stay organized within the Company’s CRM Salesforce system, including maintaining pipeline hygiene, sales progress, and customer records • Willingness to work within a positive team culture • Report daily sales results to your manager and your team
Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of outside sales experience as a top performer, consistently meeting sales quotas
- Proven track record of success in with a short sales cycle, preferably a one call close
- Experience self-generating leads within a market
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively deliver presentations and product demonstrations
- Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
