UPROSPECT
• Own the full outbound sales process from prospecting through deal closure. • Generate qualified meetings through cold outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of U.S.-based enterprise and mid-market prospects. • Conduct discovery conversations and communicate service offerings clearly to prospects. • Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline updates, notes, and follow-ups. • Support client coordination, scheduling, proposals, and sales administration tasks. • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to improve messaging and identify new opportunities. • Represent the company professionally throughout the entire buyer journey.
Job Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience within SaaS, IT services, IT consulting, custom software development, or digital transformation environments.
- Proven experience prospecting, generating pipeline, running discovery calls, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing business independently.
- Strong outbound sales experience including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and lead generation.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Experience selling services or solutions into U.S. based companies and understanding how to communicate effectively with U.S. business stakeholders.
- Exceptional C1 or above English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Highly polished and professional client facing presence with strong presentation and relationship building skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales tools to manage pipeline and sales activity.
