• Collaboration, Communication & Stakeholder Engagement • Collaborate cross‑functionally with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable solution designs. • Present architectural concepts, solution approaches, and technical recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats to technical and non‑technical audiences. • Partner with stakeholders to understand operational needs, strategic goals, and opportunities to drive business value. • Solution Architecture & Delivery • Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions that align with business goals and deliver measurable value. • Translate complex business and operational requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technical architectures. • Design and deliver end‑to‑end Power Platform solutions, including canvas and model‑driven apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Pages sites to support patient‑service and operational needs. • Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with external applications to ensure reliable, high‑quality performance. • Data Architecture & Process Automation • Model robust Dataverse schemas - tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, and business process flows - to ensure scalable and maintainable data architectures. • Automate business processes using Power Automate, workflow orchestration, and solution components that streamline operations and improve efficiency. • Drive data consistency and integrity across systems through strong data modeling, validation patterns, and governance. • Governance, Standards & Continuous Improvement • Drive solution governance and quality by establishing standards, defining best practices, and enforcing architectural guidelines. • Support and evolve requirements‑definition processes for application development and platform initiatives. • Provide expert guidance on best practices, process optimization, system enhancements, and continuous improvement across the platform. • Integration & Enterprise Alignment • Architect integrations across applications, platforms, and external systems to support seamless patient‑service experiences and end‑to‑end business workflows. • Ensure all solutions adhere to compliance, security, and industry standards, maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements. • Work closely with IT and business partners to implement solutions that enhance application and infrastructure reliability. • Leadership, Mentoring & Team Enablement • Mentor business analysts and software engineers, fostering collaboration, technical growth, and knowledge sharing. • Support team development by modeling strong engineering practices, architectural thinking, and solution quality. • Contribute to a culture of excellence by encouraging innovation, continuous learning, and high‑performance delivery.
Job Requirements
- Background in healthcare IT or patient‑support services, with the ability to design solutions that meet regulatory, operational, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and influencing decision‑making.

- Strong Dataverse data‑modeling capabilities, including table design, relationships, auditing, and role‑based security.
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles, system integration, and modern application design patterns that support robust, maintainable solutions.
- Strategic thinker able to define solution strategies, evaluate trade‑offs, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to balance technical rigor with business priorities, ensuring architecture decisions align with enterprise objectives.
- Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices with hands‑on experience using Azure DevOps for solution management and work item tracking.
