Role Description EIM is looking for a skilled Salesforce Analyst/Administrator to join our Business Enablement team. This role is central to implementing and optimizing Salesforce Education Cloud to support the institution’s business needs and long-term strategic objectives. Salesforce Education Cloud enables EIM to effectively manage student relationships and university partnerships, helping us expand as a trusted leader in the healthcare education space. In this position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Enrollment, Marketing, Clinical Education, and Post Professional Services. You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all EIM Salesforce platforms, including Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and their integrated systems.
