We are a group of specialists supporting key bid projects. With us you will have the opportunity to work with the best experts from Poland, Germany, India and other Capgemini countries. As a Sales Operations Analyst you will be part of the local Bid Team and part of the virtual Sales Operations team of Capgemini Germany. You will be primarily responsible for controlling and maintaining our CRM system and supporting the monitoring of business development costs. Your tasks - support for business development cost control; - control and maintenance of our CRM system; - maintaining the sales funnel, organizing sales funnel meetings and preparing a sales forecast; - collaboration with Bid Teams in planning and analyzing budget deviations; - screening of contractual documents; - optimization of tools supporting reporting and planning; - preparing presentations for the Management Staff; - operational work with Capgemini systems. Your profile - have minimum a bachelor's degree in finance, economy or a comparable qualification; - are fluent in German and have a good command of English; - you know MS Office very well, and in particular excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI; - you are reliable, self-disciplined, organized and have advanced skills of analytical thinking and problem solving; - quick understanding of complex relationships, good analytical skills, and a special affinity for numbers; - independent work with a high quality standard.
