Sales Operations Analyst Associate

First American

• Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as contract facilitation, order processing, sales quotes, sales information management, invoice reconciliation, and product training and financing. • Assists in invoice reconciliation. • Performs background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends. • Answers questions about the organization's products and/or services. • May assist in customer service functions. • Tracks transactions and prepares reports regarding information such as market conditions, forecasting, order status, sales results, leads, sales quotas and sales representative attainment. • Assists in tradeshow preparation and coordination.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in the real estate and/or title industry
  • Prior real estate/title experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid mathematical aptitude
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Professional demeanor with a consistent, positive, customer-focused attitude.

About the Role The role of Sales Operations Manager - NA will be focused on the day-to-day needs and monitoring of the AMER sales team, as well as contribute to the planning and execution of new initiatives and processes. The role will also be responsible for CRM management, specifically Hubspot, in regards to the AMER sales team, and will work in tandem with the Global Sales Operations team. This is a hybrid role 2-3 days a week in office. What you will do In this role, you will be responsible for: - Day-to-day asks and needs of the American sales team specific to sales operations - Management of AE dashboards, including daily monitoring and analysis needs; - Consistent contributions to process improvement/builds and the needs of new initiatives, including documentation, data entry, AI usage, process building needs. - Manage CRM functionality, including workflow builds, automation needs, AI implementation, sequencing, and pipeline management. - Work with a global team to move the sales organization towards globalization. What we are looking for - A technically fluent Sales Operations Manager who is able to both iterate and brainstorm ideas with their peers, as well as roll up their sleeves and do the manual builds as needed. - 1-2 years Hubspot management experience (required) - Hubspot admin certification (preferred) - Experience working on a fast paced team where changes to process and expectations can come quickly, with a needed ability to work on their feet, iterate on the fly, and be ready to prioritize accordingly. - Able to work well across a global team, that’ll require both early and late meetings to accommodate teams across the world. - Able to communicate asks from the sales team to leadership fluently, while also able to translate communications from leadership to the sales team in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way.
