Qualifications - Solid experience managing engineering teams and developing other leaders/stakeholders. - A strong background in software engineering, with experience in high-scale, mission-critical systems or distributed architectures. - Experience navigating the complexities of financial products, transactions, payment methods, credit, or regulated environments (Bacen/LGPD). - A proven track record of owning, planning, and delivering long-term strategic technical roadmaps. - Professional fluency in both English and Portuguese. Requirements - Have strong knowledge of computer theory, including optimization of algorithms and distributed systems. - Have already developed scalable client-server mobile applications. - Have already built winning Products or Platforms on successful companies. - Have some experience with AWS services. - Have some knowledge in Docker, modern CDs/CIs (Jenkins, Travis, Circle, Drone, ...). - Know how to test and tune scalability. • Lead, support, and grow the engineering teams responsible for SyncSketch and SpeedTree • Drive improvements in team efficiency, execution, and delivery predictability by evolving agile practices, team processes, and operating rhythms • Partner with Product, Sales, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and customers to understand market needs and translate them into roadmap priorities • Foster an inclusive, high-trust team culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement • Advocate for engineering best practices that improve product quality, reliability, and developer productivity

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, setting a high bar for ownership, execution, and operational excellence. • Own the systems and engineering practices behind CI/CD, release automation, and environment management across the company. • Establish standards, in conjunction with other directorates, for thoroughly tested releases, rollback procedures, and operational readiness so teams can ship safely and predictably. • Ensure security controls are integrated directly into the software delivery lifecycle, including SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, artifact integrity, and policy enforcement. • Reduce deployment risk, shorten recovery times, and create clear operational expectations around release quality, uptime, and incident response. • Partner with various technical teams to provide support for reusable tooling, disparate deployment patterns, and repeatable workflows that improve delivery without creating bottlenecks. • Build systems and processes that support traceability, access control, change management, and compliance requirements across regulated customer environments.
