• Technology Project Manager professional whose expertise in planning and project coordination will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient delivery of projects and achieving organizational goals. • Responsibilities include assisting in project planning, monitoring progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery. • Develop and implement project management strategies which maximize the value created by the Strategic Analytics organization. • Assess and enhance project management processes, tools, and reports to align with the evolving needs of the team. • Take ownership of the project management tools utilized across the group that monitors and reports on project health, risks, and issues. • Develop and maintain the organization’s project portfolio processes and tools. • Drive iterative portfolio analysis with project managers, department heads, and stakeholders to understand priorities, timelines, and project resource requirements. • Identify and escalate emerging risks and issues to leadership. • Monitor project health across the portfolio and proactively recommend adjustments to ensure optimal project deliverables. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project management, and applying relevant knowledge to improve organizational processes.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of project management concepts in a software engineering context.
- Proficiency in using project management software such as Asana, Clarity, or Planview to track, analyze and report on resource utilization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to define and evaluate project-related risks and issues.
- A strategic perspective, with the ability to think proactively and implement project management strategies that align with organizational goals.
- High emotional intelligence and skilled in relationship management, conflict management, change management, and coaching.

California field experience required, this position will provide heavy support with office CAD & Civil3D as well as perform field work as needed, reporting to the VP of Engineering. • Work closely with the Project Manager to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables. • Serve as a backup for compliance processes (e.g., Vetting & Debarment/TOV). • Maintain spreadsheets for recruitment, travel, fees, and payment reporting. • Track milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion. • Use project management tools (Smartsheet, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, AI-based programs) to monitor progress. • Prioritize tasks across multiple therapeutic areas. • Prepare and collect necessary documentation (COI, W-9, ACH forms, contracts). • Share regular project status updates and reports with stakeholders. • Keep organized, audit-ready documentation for all project activities. • Support quarterly and annual closeout processes. • Identify potential risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies. • Communicate scope changes and their impact to relevant parties. • Assist with payment processing and uploads as needed. • Provide general administrative support to project teams.
