Enterprise Project Manager

• Responsible for supporting and enabling the end-to-end customer engagement in the Enterprise Hardware Solutions portfolio • Provides expert knowledge on portfolio, business processes and requirements, and internal company tools • Assists cross functional team in opportunity identification and development • Leads cross functional team through implementation and go-live of successful deal development • Ensures all business processes are executed in compliance to Agilent business standards throughout end-to-end engagement • Support and drive the profitable growth of the SAJK Enterprise Hardware Solutions business through effective utilization of Agilent internal tools • Identify and reconcile cross functional barriers to doing business through collaborative solution development • Champion positive outcomes for both Agilent and customers by ensuring rigor and effectiveness in executing business processes • Leverage deep understanding of Agilent Enterprise Hardware Solutions portfolio and the needs of customers to enable and support meaningful connections with our customers • Support deal development and initial customer engagement by communicating value of relevant solutions to customers • Provides expert advice on solution scope and development to meet customer needs • Collaboratively develops custom programs or solutions to meet customer needs and challenges within Agilent capabilities • Provide cross functional team with clear vision of predicted deal profitability and guide deal development to support profitable growth of the Enterprise Services Business • Lead cross functional team through technical development and setup of Enterprise hardware solutions • Develop key program or project documentation for cross functional team as part of program or project development and setup • Guide cross functional team through required business process steps such as deal approvals and agreement entry into relevant systems • Provide necessary documentation and information for interfacing with Agilent internal systems that enable service delivery by operations teams • Support adjustments to existing customer programs or projects while ensuring compliance to Agilent business standards

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Undergraduate Degree
  • Demonstrates ability to manage and progress multiple projects of medium to high complexity concurrently
  • Rigorous work ethic, with strong attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable handling several different types of information and documentation (technical information, financial information, and contract/agreement type documentation)
  • Able to develop a strong awareness of overarching business, operational, and cross functional needs
  • Is familiar with the needs of a scientific laboratory at a user and management level
  • Strong communication (listening, written, verbal and digital) and teamwork skills, within an organization and across organizations, as well as wide organizational awareness (English must be very strong)
  • Demonstrated ability to move forward in the face of adversity and provide leadership, vision, drive, and innovation to complex situations
  • Project Management experience is preferred
